Who is Blue Jeans Golf
Blue Jeans Golf was an idea born out of passion, impatience, and ambition. As friends (now co-founders) living on opposite sides of the country, Devin and Michael would regularly discuss the game they love, vent about its challenges, and hypothesize solutions. Over time, convictions grew stronger and a vision came into focus. Rather than commiserating, they created the change they wanted to see. So, they quit their jobs, pushed all the chips into the middle, and bought a driving range in Connecticut.
Play Different
In November of 2021, Blue Jeans Golf acquired Golf Quest in Brookfield, Connecticut. After about 3 months of renovations, Golf Quest was transformed into a facility with Toptracer technology in 66 hitting bays, upgraded mats and balls, and a refreshed guest experience. Its immediate hit in the market paved the way for Golf Ranch and ignited the Golf Lite spark.
The New Golf Ranch
After the immediate success of Golf Quest and armed with the knowledge that a lot of people were bitten by the golf bug since the pandemic, the BJG team set their sights on acquiring more driving ranges - with the first in Dallas and Kansas City - to create a welcoming environment for golfers and non-golfers alike. An environment that was chill yet vibrant. Relaxing yet competitive. A place to practice or just play. After a slew of iterations, a new brand, golf experience, and category was born.

That’s the idea behind Golf Ranch—where everyone from the novice to the pro can work on their swing, grab a beer, and feel like they belong. The kind of place you’d want to hang out even if golf didn’t exist. Fortunately, this amazing game of ours does. And we’re ready to take it back. To celebrate our obsession, lower our handicaps, and have a ball addressing the ball. No pretentious trappings. No dress codes. Just a chance to have a good time playing the game we love. We call it Golf Lite. You’ll call it Golf Ranch.
